Orders
When you place an order with OrchardBites, you agree to purchase the products listed in your order in exchange for payment in £. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you a message that confirms that the products have been dispatched. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the dispatch confirmation.
Prices and Payment
The price of any products will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error. These prices include VAT but do not include delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a dispatch confirmation. Payment for all products must be by credit or debit card. We will charge your card upon dispatch of your order.
Delivery

We will make every effort to fulfill your order by the estimated delivery date set out in the dispatch confirmation, however, we cannot guarantee that there will not be any unexpected delays.
Cancellation and Refunds

If your order has been dispatched, we will process a refund once the items are returned to us unopened and in good condition, subject to applicable return fees.
